Sketch or Tic Tac Toe

Hello.  Christine here to welcome you to another challenge at Winter Wonderland . This time around it's Team Snowflakes turn to wow you with their creations.  I sometimes find myself in a rut so with this challenge I decide to have a shake up and the theme this time is a sketch.

We also have an alternative theme to give you even more choice.  Mind you the second option is also designed to make you think because it is Tic Tac Toe.

Please remember that it is Christmas projects only.
