A Christmas Gift Card Holder


Hello and Welcome to Winter Wonderland!

So glad you're able to join us today and hope that you're enjoying our new challenge day on Friday! We were thrilled with your response to our 'Anything Goes' theme last week and were delighted to see so many participants!

We would like to thank our Guest Designer Linda for joining us also.

Firstly, I would like to announce last weeks winners of the two fabulous prizes which were up for grabs for our challenge re-launch

Winter Wonderland Relaunch Challenge!

The title of my blog Blue Summer House Design refers to my shed in the back
garden, where I craft. My aspirations are to one day become a design team
member for a card making magazine or blog. I enjoy all things crafty, I am
totally addicted to card making. I also love to make jewellery. I am a stay
at home mum. I have a wonderful husband and two beautiful children who are
my inspiration for all my designs. I live in Liverpool in the United
Kingdom.

This weeks theme is Embossing (any type and there are lots of techniques for it)

- and here is the exciting news, The "Winter Wonderland" Challenges are moving to a Friday, yes you heard it first here, a Friday.  To enable this to happen with ease this weeks challenge will run from Sunday 11th April 9am through till Friday 22nd April 5pm, that gives you an extra few days to enter this weeks challenge and in future you will have the weekend to help you have time to enter the challenges.

Christmas Bunny

This week is an exciting one for me, Marianne, as it is the first time I have ever hosted a challenge and it is the last sketch by Pascale. We have an additional challenge as it is Easter of adding a Bunny to your design.
Thank you for all your lovely interpretations of the sketch last week, with those fantastic Santa images. We loved visiting you and seeing your creations and hope to see more of you joining in this week. Don't forget that you can combine our challenge with other challenges this week. It is with great sadness that we have to say goodbye to several members of our DT. Anne, Pascale, Lynda, Teri & Sue have stepped down due to other commitments and personal circumstances. We wish them all the very best in their new endeavours and thank them for their huge contributions to this blog.
